Bot version v0.6.3d is broken with 0.2.1b update

Since the latest POE2 0.2.1b update, the chat window repeatedly opens and then immediately closes after the bot starts

Rebooting, reloading, restarting, resetting, and reinstalling have not resolved the issue

This version has offsets fixed for 0.2.1b update: [Release] Bot version v0.6.3e
